Bienvenidos a una nueva edición del podcast Ubuntu Café, espacio donde la palabra reflexiona, denuncia y construye memoria. Soy Juan Rodulfo, y en este episodio de la cuarta temporada les presento una obra cargada de verdad y resistencia: Poemas Políticos Escogidos, escrita por el periodista venezolano Eladio Rodulfo González, quien firma con ambos apellidos.

Una poesía sin miedo: Diagnóstico brutal de una tragedia nacional

La introducción del poemario comienza sin eufemismos: “Pareciera que en Venezuela desde 1999 hizo su trono Satanás…” Así abre el autor un recorrido por décadas de decadencia política, represión sistemática y pérdida de derechos humanos bajo el liderazgo de Hugo Chávez Frías y posteriormente de Nicolás Maduro.

Desde torturas y expropiaciones encubiertas, hasta el colapso inducido de Petróleos de Venezuela, Poemas Políticos Escogidos describe con crudeza el deterioro institucional del país. A pesar de todo, los versos también celebran la entereza del pueblo venezolano y, especialmente, de su juventud luchadora.

Rodulfo González escribe para testimoniar, para que no se olvide, para que las palabras sirvan como testigos ante la historia. Sus poemas reflejan la barbarie, pero también la dignidad que aún resiste.
